Puffa Jackets and Chips <3
What better way to spend an evening than with some snazzy fish & chips and retro jackets? Puffa jackets were ALL the range when I was a teen. I had this blue, satin-finish one that was SO warm and made me feel tres chic dah-ling! There's something very stylish about these jackets, even though they are super outdoorsy and practical, they also haven't forgotten that important element of style.
I actually love the story behind Puffa... From being created on a Ping Pong table to being seen on the Royal family, Puffa jackets have quite a history behind them. Even now, Puffa have a style of jacket named after Jodie Kidd - the face of their brand in the 1980s. Apart from their infamous puffa jackets, the clothing line also have some pretty funk Macs and ponchos too!
I met up with some other fashionable bloggers to check out the new range at Manchester's trendy Hip Hop Chip Shop. Hand made fish and chips were served fresh out of the kitchen to blaring 90s music - so retro! The venue is SRSLY cool, with 80s style hi fi systems and rap lyrics on the wall...
Amazing prints on Susan Dollparts and Oliver Long.
This silver Puffa is an amazing statement piece for any fashionista! Can you see a Puffa jacket making a comeback to your wardrobe this A/W??
