Following on from my last OOTD Glasto Style post, Festival week continues! And what a week it has been so far... Summer has definitely arrived!! Sadly, I spent most of today and yesterday on a train to London, so I did miss most of the sun! But it was worth it, as I headed to the big City for a Bloggers Education session with Fashionchick. (More on that soon, I promise!)So, with this hot, humid, weather... It's time to raid your wardrobe for some appropriate clothing. In this post, I'm bringing festival styling to the City! Yes, the boho vibe has hit the high street hard, but that doesn't mean your tassels and flower crowns are reserved for muddy fields only...
A lightweight, embroidered top is perfect for keeping you cool on hot days, I teamed this with a pair of leather shorts, to add a tough, tailored edge. Chunky gladiator sandals are perfect for stomping around town in - practical yet fashionable? My dream shoe! I've thrown over the top my trusty River Island bomber jacket (Also seen in my Stripes and Horcruxes post!) as it's lovely and lightweight.
My favourite part of this outfit has to be this Aztec backpack from F&F at Tesco. Although described online as being a "mini backpack", it's actually a really decent size. I could definitely get my phone, purse and keys in there - and that's saying something as my phone is really quite big!! I've been really impressed with F&F's range this SS15 - take a peek at their Festival Style Inspo pages online...
