Inspired by this and my recent Rock That Frock blog post, this weeks What To Wear guide features beautiful nude tones! Perfect for any Spring weddings that are coming up and for the current Prom season! Nude tones don't have to just be cream, beige or white, find the right colour to suit your skin tone and work it!
I love these pretty colours, so I've pulled together a few looks to suit different body shapes and events:
From Left:
Pear Shape: This gorgeous, bias cut dress from Ghost should skim over your hips and really flatter any bootylicious ladies! The dusky pink colour would look gorgeous on pale skin tones. As this is quite a simple dress, I would add some wow factor with these gold heels from Little Mistress.
Athletic: I love the metallic finish on this dress. The bandeau style will fit perfectly over a small bust and will show off toned arms! Work this with a tan and these statement heels from Shoescribe.
Tall: You can't go wrong with a maxi dress at a Spring Wedding. The floral pattern is so appropriate but the longer length will protect you from any light breezes during those long photo calls!
Petite: Make a statement in this crochet dress from Jolie Moi at House of Fraser! The colour is just lovely and teamed with these totally on trend mules, this look will work for both day and night.
Accessories: A cream clutch will go with any of these looks and don't forget your sunnies! Move away from a traditional hat or fascinator by adding a gold head chain - this one is from House of Harlow. So if it's good enough for Nicole Richie...
